What is LocalWorldNumber?
LocalWorldNumber service provides you with a bezeq line with 03 (Tel-Aviv) area code in the USA. With this Israeli bezeq phone number you can receive phone calls from Israel and dial from the US. The rates are very low and the call quality is superb. The callers in Israel are only charged for a local call.
Do I need a computer or Internet to use LocalWorldNumber calling service?
No. All you need is a phone number in the USA. LocalWorldNumber is simple and easy to use. It can work with a landline, mobile phone, cordless phone or any existing phone line.
Do I need an additional telephone device or a dedicated line?
No. The calls from your Israeli access number will ring in any existing phone number you choose. All you need is a US phone number to accept the calls.
How is LocalWorldNumber.Com different from other services?
With LocalWorldNumber you get a number that is local to Israel. Your contacts in Israel will call a number that is local to them and pay local calling rates (not long distance). The call will ring in any number you choose in the USA. The service is not a VOIP (voice over IP) service and so the call quality is excellent.
Does LocalWorldNumber use VOIP (Voice Over IP) ?
No. LocalWorldNumber.Com does not use VOIP to route calls. We only select telephony carriers that have the base call quality and clarity.
How are the calls from Israel to the US routed?
We use Golden Lines (012) lines to route calls from Israel to the US.
How do I make outgoing calls from the US?
All you need to do is to call a local access number in the US. Once you dialed the access number you can dial as if you were in Israel, no need for passwords or pins. Click here to see the access numbers.
How much will my callers pay to call me?
Your callers will be billed for a local call in Israel which is 4 agorot (about 1 cent) per minute during the evening and 10 agorot (about 2 cents) per minute during the day.
What happens if my relatives live in an area code other than 03?
All landline calls in Israel are billed at the same rate. For example - a call from area code 02 to 03 costs the same as a call from area code 03 to 03.
Is there any difference between my access access number and other Bezeq numbes?
No. Your access number is a regular bezeq number in the 03 (Tel-Aviv) area code. Your calles does not see any difference when dialing to that number nor they can know that the calls are routed to the US
How many people can use my access number?
As many as you want. There is no limit on the number of callers.

Where can I sign up for the LocalWorldNumber service?
You can sign up on the web site by clicking the Buy button or by calling 1-877-Local-03
How long does it take for the service to become active?
The service is activated as soon as you finish the registration. There is no waiting.
I am an existing customer. How to I log in to my account?
You can use your bezeq access number (your 03 number) and the 6 digit password you picked during registration.
I forgot my password what should I do?
You can get your password by email by clicking the forgot password link on the website or by calling customer care at 1-877-Local-03.
When I try to register I get a message that my email already exists in the system.
On the website - click the forgot password link, type in your email address and you will get your password by email. Once you have the password you can log in and continue registration.
Using The Service
How to I change the Ring-To number?
On the website you can log in using your 03 number and your password and clicking the outgoing calls link. You then select the Follow-Me service and enter the desired destination number.
You can also call one of the access numbers, once you log in dial 2# and then dial the new destination number followed by the # sign.
What is the Virtual Operator Service?
The Virtual Operator Service allows you to forward your calls to several numbers in the USA. When the caller calls they will here a message prompting them to whom or where they would like the call forwarded.
For example:
You have reached the Cohen family. To call our home number press 1 to call Mr. Cohen's office press 2 to call Mrs Cohen cell phone press 3.
How much does the Virtual Operator Service cost?
The Virtual Operator service is included without extra charge with the Gold and Business plans.
What is the Multi-Ring Service?
With multi ring you can define several destination numbers that will ring at the same time when a call is incoming. Once one of the numbers is answered the others stop ringing. You can have your cell home and office phone ring at the same time and answer wherever you like.
How much does the Multi-Ring Service Cost?
This service is free for for Gold and business plan members.
What country code should I use to call Israel?
You can dial as if you were in Israel. There is not need to use the 972 country code. For example to call 5757775 in area code 03 you can simply dial 035757775#.
How do I see your access numbers?
You can click the Access Numbers link on the website or click here.
Why am I prompted for an access number and a password when I call an access number?
There are two possible reasons:
a. Your number is not defined as an authorized number for outgoing calls. You can add authorized numbers in the site under outgoing calls.
b. You caller id is blocked and so we cannot know identify you as a client. You need to remove caller id block to use the service without a password.
My caller id is blocked, how can I disable the block before making a call?
You can dial *82 prior to making a call.
How can I add an authorized number for outgoing calls?
You can add an authorized number in one of two ways:
1. On our website - you can log in and go to the outgoing call settings page.
2. By calling one of the local access numbers dialing 3 at the menu and then #. You will be prompted to enter the number so including area code but without country code (like 212-555-1212) and then #.
How do I add quick dial numbers?
You can add quick dial number by logging in and clicking the link to the outgoing calls.
Billing And Payments
How can I pay for the service?
Paying for the service can be done by using an American/International credit card only.
When will my credit card be charged?
Usually your credit card will be charged once a month at the anniversary of your plan.
Are you using a secure server?
Yes we do. In order to secure your payments we are using SSL technology in order to encrypt your credit card information.
Is there any long therm commitment for the service?
No. There is no long term commitment.
You can cancel anytime.
We require a 3 business day notice in order to avoid billing for another month and we cannot issue any credits for unused minutes.
How much does the service cose?
We offer 4 billing plans you can choose from:
The Basic Plan $9.90 per month with no minimum commitment.
The plan includes 100 minutes from Israel to your phone or from the US to Israel
The Silver Plan $9.90 per month with no minimum commitment.
The plan includes 300 minutes from Israel to your phone or from the US to Israel
The Gold Plan $29.90 per month with no minimum commitment.
The plan includes 900 minutes from Israel to your phone or from the US to Israel. It also includes Virtual Operator and Multi Ring Features.
The Gold Plan $54.90 per month with no minimum commitment.
The plan includes 2000 minutes from Israel to your phone or from the US to Israel. It also includes Virtual Operator and Multi Ring Features.
Do I pay for incoming calls?
Yes incoming call minutes are subtracted from your minute package.
What happens if I run out of minues in my calling plan?
If your minutes for the month are all used up your line will stay active. If you overage is less than $3.00 we will simply bill you for the difference with you next monthly billing. If your calls are more than $3.00 we will bill you for $10.00 and you will get a credit for that amount. If you do not use the additional minutes (the $10.00) they will be transferred to the next month.
Can I get a list of all my calls?
Yes. Simply log in to your account and click the Call Log link.
What is the additional charge when calling an Israeli Cell Phone?
Calling a cell phone in Israel is an additional 6 cents a minute.
Is there any addional charge for calling a cell phone in the US?
We do not charge any additional charges for dialing a cell phone in the USA.
How do I know how many minutes I have left in my plan?
You can check it in one of two ways:
you can go Log on to the site and check the line status (click here).
You can call one of the local access numbers and dial 1# after you log in
Can I disconnect my line when my minute are over?
No. The line will stay open. Additional minutes are billed on the next month if they are less than $3.00, if more than $3.00 you will be billed $10.00 and unused minutes are transferred to the next month.
SMS
How can I Send SMS (text) Messages?
You can send messages by logging in and clicking the SMS link in the menu.
How much does it cost to send a text message?
On every text message you send 3 minutes are deducted from your account balance.
Can I send a message to several people at the same time?
Yes! You can send a text message to as many users as you like.
Do I have to be next to the computer when the message is sent?
No. There are 3 ways you can send a message:
- Immediate sending - the message is delivered when you finish typing it.
- Future - you select a future date and time and the message is delivered at that time
- recurring - you schedule a time interval for the message to be sent.
